| Zhejiang Huangyan Yongning Plastic Mould Co.,Ltd is a membership unit of China Die & Mould Industry Association and one of the major enterprises in the sector of mould in China. The company is located in Huangyan of Zhejiang—the renowned land of mould and tangerine in China.
The company’s production and operation facility covers an area of 10,000m2 ，of which building area covers 7,000 m2.The annual output of our major products— large moulds for color TV sets reach over 100 sets. 50 percent of our products are exported to overseas markets, and are well received amongst customers in the sector of color TV at home and abroad. Moreover, we have the considerable production capacity for plastic moulds of automobiles, motorcycles and household appliance. With China’s entry into WTO, the company is actively exploring international market, which has enhanced the development of export-oriented economy.
The company is equipped with state-of-the-art machines and tools ranging from numerically-controlled lathes, large sized numerically-controlled wire cutting lathes and EDM molding lathes to large sized plastic injection machines of various specifications imported from abroad as well as a complete set of machining equipment. Currently we are making technical innovations and strengthening the equipment and human resource management and increasing the investment, which contribute to a very promising prospect.
The company has a well-qualified technical team consisting of various kinds of management and technical personnel, and has realized computer-aided design/engineering/machining (CAD/CAE/CAM) under internal network management. Technical supports cover all the pre-delivery procedures. In terms of quality, we carry out 3-I system, which ensures the quality of products before delivery.
